Berry, Lt.Nathaniel, b.in Gtown, ME.,22 Dec 1755-moved to Gardiner in 1763. Served in the Revolution thru 1777-1778 and 1779. Honorably discharged, Jan 1780, d. in Pittston, ME, 20 Aug 1850 and was buried military honors. He was the last survivor of Geo. Washington's life guards.
